commit to the provisions of the Over 35 People's Platform policies, the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa and the values listed below:

I pledge to dedicate efforts to participate in and keep informed on policy developments and amendments. Thereafter I will disseminate such information to constituents. I commit to deepening my understanding of my local community and the country in order to effectively address urgent and critical issues pertinent to the constituency, and to advocate for and engage in ethical governance.

I condemn all forms of intimidation and political violence and will actively create a supportive and positive environment to increase equal, inclusive participation in the political process. I commit to share any concerns raised by community members about the party or other members through the established Over 35 People's Platform structures in efforts to improve internal democracy and accountability to constituents.

I pledge to selflessly and to the best of my ability use my efforts to expand the reach and impact of the party in pursuance of its abovementioned values, aims and objectives, ultimately improving the living conditions and opportunities of all people in South Africa.
